Helps with multiple aspects of pre-production logistics

ON-SITE DATES: July 20 - August 26, 2021 / 6 WEEKS

​

*The payment for this position is a mutually agreed upon stipend + housing

  if needed, + some food.

​

TASKS

​

​

PRE-PRODUCTION

 

*Support the Artistic Director & Production Manager in their tasks.

*Liason with Artists & Collaborators as needed

*Keep tracks of Google Spreadsheet of which Cure-ators need how many

 support volunteers and at what stage. Follow up directly via email with Cure-

 ators when needed.

*Schedule volunteers using an online platform. Put out email to Pooja’s local 

 community to sign up for times to help Cure-ators install + break down 

 +clean-up using an online platform (starting 2 months before pre-

  production week).

*Coordinate logistics with Intern Support.

*Shares the online schedule for these volunteers for through-out pre+post

  production weeks with our Production Assistant + Intern Manager.

*Send email reminders of schedule 2x before Install begins.

INSTALL: 

​

*Send reminder texts the day before + day of, to volunteers and Cure-ators

*Coordinate + Manage support on site.

*Help with Installs as needed.

BREAK-DOWN + CLEAN-UP WEEK: August 18 - 26

 

*Support Artistic Director & Production Manager in their tasks.

*Coordinate, Schedule + Manage  break-down with volunteers. Speak with

 specific Cure-ators ahead of time to see who needs help with what.

*Send reminder texts the day before + day of, to volunteers

*Coordinate, Schedule + Manage Clean-Up (re-painting walls, hauling things    to recycling or dump, etc.)

*Help with Break-down as needed.
