Manages artist housing + other artist's needs

ON-SITE DATES: July 27- August 30, 2021 / 5 WEEKS

                        (approx. 2-6 days per week)

REQUIREMENTS

​

It is important that this person:

     a) is very organized

     b) is present + prompt with email + text 6 days a week (and 7 days 

         starting in May) with Pooja, and other members of ROP

     c) possesses great attention to detail (those with strong Virgo, Capricorn   

         traits highly sought;)

     d) enjoys juggling many things + people

     e) is a very grounded, earthy human being 

      f) enjoys communicating with people via email, text, in person + phone 

      g) has a good sense of humor

*The payment for this position is $3-5K + housing if needed + some food +

  travel reimbursement.

TASKS

PRE-PRODUCTION

*Acts as liaison with home owners + writes up terms of use.

*Coordinates housing assignments for Artists according to roles, time frame, and transportation needs: sends all info via email 1 month prior to arrival on-site.

PRODUCTION

*Stocks houses with house rules, cleaning supplies, first aid kits, TP.

*Works with food manager to pick-up donations of produce and

  distribute staple foods for artists.

*Picks Artists up when needed.

*Takes artists to their houses.
*Deals with artist’s logistical needs: must be available via text during

  production period as needed +Meets with Soul-Support Team.

*Print + have all sign photo/video image release forms.
*Distributes thank you cards, checks and t-shirts.

POST-PRODUCTION
*Oversees cleaning of houses after production + lock up, and thank you

  notes + gifts for house owners.
