It takes a village to create
Rites of Passage.
We are currently seeking
artists, collaborators + interns to join 20/20 Vision.
The rooms of Rites of Passage are original living art installations, each designed and installed by 1 - 2 artists.
We call these "Rooms of Cure"
because they each represent a wholistic vision of honoring a particular initiation.
Each room simultaneously showcases the issue/reality, the liberative potential, and the fruition of the theme.
Cure-ators create original art + installation + performance for their room.
All mediums are welcome.
*ON-SITE TIME COMMITMENT is approx. 2 days up to 2.5 Weeks in August 2021.
* Cure-ators are offered a modest travel & living stipend, some food, and housing if coming from afar.
Open to cis & trans BIPOC women of the global majority.

We're in the process of assembling a crew of multi-talented, eclectic, visionary women
to head up the various moving parts of 20/20 Vision.
Our goal is for each to have clear, defined roles, so that we can work fluidly together as a living village of co-creation.
*Please note that some, but not all of these positions require 5-6 WEEKS living on-site in August 2021.
*Stipends will be negotiated, and mutually agreed upon on a personal basis.
On-site roles offer housing for those coming from afar, and some food.
Depending the position, its feasible to apply for both a position as a Pro-Creative Team member, as well as
either a Cure-ator and/or Performing Artist
You can find more info on required dates, as well as more detailed info on what each
position requires by clicking on "READ MORE".
While we are seeking a majority of BIPOC cis & trans women,
"white" women are welcome to apply to positions with an asterisk*.
Anyone is welcome to volunteer to support us in building 20/20 Vision.
We love builders, techies, thing-finders, and can-do, love-fueled people of all kinds and colors.
We need folks to help our Cure-ating Artists build and install their rooms, haul things like dirt,
take down installs in post-production, re-paint walls, be our on-site box office people, clean the halls of the house daily, help distribute flyers and postcards, spread the word about the production
as well as our upcoming online fundraising campaign and Gala event, and support us in soulful ways.
Have something unique to offer?
Let us know!
